The GLOBAL GS-14 is a serrated utility knife designed to cut through tougher foods like bread, as well as fruits and vegetables with thick skins and soft centres.

Made from CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, it features a razor-sharp 15° edge, excellent durability, and resistance to rust and stains. Ice-tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56–58, it has a seamless, well-balanced design for hygiene, control, and performance.
