Made from forged CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, it features a razor-sharp 15° edge, excellent durability, and resistance to rust and stains. Ice-tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56–58, it has a seamless, well-balanced design for hygiene, control, and superior performance.
